At The Body Shop, we want you to love your naturally-inspired products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 45 days of purchase. Whether bought online or in-store, we offer a straightforward process to ensure your skin and conscience stay happy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit, and include your printed return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or via email and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
